The origins of AMV
We were born in 2008 due to the passion for mathematics and for facing new challenges.
What at first was only a solution to the scrap management of a bronze foundry, quickly began to give excellent results and became ALEA, a system capable of adapting to any type of foundry, achieving savings of up to 20% in production costs.
International expansion
Our entry in important steel and aluminum foundries and the integration of the system with external devices (scales, pyrometers…) allows us to implement our solutions in many foundries in Europe, America and Africa.
PRONOX, a software for process planning, scheduling and monitoring, is born as a response to the optimization of industrial plants.
Creation of new alliances
With the addition of the production control module, ALEA becomes a system capable of managing the complete melt flow. This allows us to take a big leap and get the first clients in Asia.
At the same time, as a result of our commitment to the foundry industry, we created a strong technological alliance with GHI and Gecsa, important equipment suppliers to the foundry industry. Together we took on the challenge of developing a joint solution aimed at continuous learning and intelligent decision making.
