When having data is no longer enough in a foundry
In many foundries something curious happens: there is plenty of data, but very few answers.

But when someone asks:
- Why did the charge deviate?
- How much did this heat really cost us?
- What is the difference between the planned recipe and the actual one?
- Are we making too many adjustments?
- Are we losing money on materials or on energy?
A search begins in which the data is not where it should be.
The real problem: data without context
This is critical if we consider that in many foundries, materials represent between 60% and 80% of the product cost, and without clear data, optimizing becomes almost impossible.
