Artificial intelligence in foundries will be one of the main topics of the two technical events that AMV Soluciones and MAGMA will hold in Brazil this September.
Under the theme “The Intelligent Future of Foundry,” the events will take place on September 17 in Joinville (SC) and September 22 in Piracicaba (SP).
The aim is to create a space for technical exchange around the key trends transforming the industry. These include artificial intelligence, simulation, process optimization, and data-driven learning.
In addition, both events will focus on sharing real-world applications. This will allow attendees to explore new opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and decision-making on the shop floor.
Artificial Intelligence Applied to Foundry Processes.
During the sessions, AMV Soluciones will show how digitalization and intelligent models can help improve melting processes.
Applications such as material characterization and valuation, charge optimization, and learning based on real production data will be covered.
The sessions will also explore how artificial intelligence in foundries can help turn process information into better decisions. The goal is not to replace metallurgical expertise, but to strengthen it with data and models capable of learning from real production results.
MAGMA, for its part, will present applications related to numerical simulation. It will also highlight its role in the analysis, development, and improvement of foundry processes.
Real-World Cases and Customer Experiences
The events will also feature customers who will share their real-world experience from the shop floor.
En Joinville, participará Acearia Frederico Missner, con la presencia de Augusto Missner.
On the other hand, in Piracicaba, the customer case will be presented by FAINOX.
This will allow attendees to discover not only new technologies, but also real-world applications and results achieved in the industry.
A Format Designed for Participation
The format of both events is designed to encourage participation and interaction among attendees.
For this reason, the event will combine technical presentations, real-world case studies, a roundtable discussion, and dedicated Q&A sessions.
In addition, both events will conclude with a cocktail reception and networking session. It will be an opportunity to exchange experiences with other professionals in the industry.
Participation will be by invitation only and limited to a maximum of two people per company.
