A popular expression says that no-one is a prophet in their own land, and as we like to turn everything upside down, after implementing our systems all over the world, we have now started to work together with one of the most important foundries in Galicia (and even in Spain), Fundiciones Rey.
This family company with headquarters in Vilagarcía de Arousa and more than 75 years of experience in the manufacture of iron, steel, bronze and aluminium parts has been always distinguished by its commitment to the final quality of the product and respect for the environment, so, in its commitment to combine traditional foundry with new industrial techniques, they have decided to go a step further in the digital transformation of its foundry and incorporate 4.0 technologies that contribute to a more agile and efficient production.
To do this, we have recently begun the implementation of the Pronox4Cast system at its Salnés plant, a solution that integrates the best of the ALEA optimisation programme with the PRONOX planner to offer a comprehensive management system. This is a collaboration between AMV Soluciones and Fundiciones Rey with the aim of efficiency, sustainability and product excellence.
